A: Security deposits equal monthly rent. Sometimes we require additional

A: Monthly reports are emailed, owners have access to their online portal
to check current status of their properties 24/7.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: Security deposits are held in an escrow account by law. Upon tenants
vacating the property, we complete an inspection of the property to
determine any damages. The funds are then transferred to the owner
from the security deposit, and the remainder returned to the tenant within
30 days of their vacancy with complete documentation of damages.
